Yes. Logo printing on the product body is a standard OEM capability. Options include pad printing, silk screen, and laser engraving — method confirmed during sample stage.
What is the minimum order for a custom-branded product?
For products with custom packaging and logo, MOQ typically starts from 200–500 units per model. For standard products without branding, MOQ starts from 50–100 units.
Can I customize the color of the product?
Selected models support custom housing colors. Confirm during inquiry — we will advise on tooling requirements and lead time implications.
Can I change what accessories come in the box?
Yes. We can add, remove, or substitute accessories (nozzles, cables, pouches, adapters) based on your target market requirements.
Do you support mixed models in one OEM order?
Yes. You can order multiple models under one purchase order. A minimum quantity per model applies.
What if my sample needs adjustments?
We revise the sample based on your feedback. Minor changes are included in the sample process. Significant spec changes may require a revised sample and adjusted timeline.
Can you ship directly to my Amazon FBA warehouse?
Yes. We can ship to Amazon FBA warehouses or your designated prep center, following your labeling and carton marking requirements for inbound compliance.
