We hold existing test reports for CE (LVD + EMC + RoHS) and FCC for our core models. UN38.3 battery reports are available for cordless models. WEEE registration (EU), importer-of-record documentation, and any market-specific labeling requirements (energy labels, recycling marks) are handled by the importing party. We provide all necessary technical documentation to support your compliance process, including spec sheets, test reports, and supplier declarations.

Housing color can be changed on selected models. Available colors vary by model — confirm at RFQ stage. Custom color matching is possible on larger orders (1,000+ units).
Replace or modify the standard manual. Language, layout, compliance statements, and warranty terms can be adapted. We provide the standard English manual as a starting template.
Add, remove, or swap nozzles, extension hoses, carry pouches, or USB charging cables. Standard nozzle sets cover crevice, brush, and flat nozzle types. Custom accessories available on request.

QC Process
Raw materials and components inspected against spec on arrival. Defective or out-of-spec components are rejected before entering the production line.
Functional and safety checks during assembly: motor performance, suction pressure measurement, electrical testing, filter fit, and battery charge verification on cordless models.
Finished units sampled from the production batch. Checks cover appearance, function, packaging integrity, label accuracy, and accessory completeness. Results documented. Available to buyers on request.

Yes. We strongly recommend requesting a sample before placing a bulk order. Standard sample cost applies and is refundable against your first bulk order. OEM samples (with your logo and packaging) are available — lead time is 7–15 business days.
We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, and CDR (CorelDRAW) files. We provide a dieline template for the selected box size. If you do not have a designer, we can recommend one or provide a basic layout for a separate fee.
No. We are a factory-direct B2B supplier. We do not sell on Amazon or any retail platform. This means there is no channel conflict — your private label SKU will not compete with us on the same marketplace.
For standard (non-OEM) orders, minimum is 50–100 units per model. For OEM orders with branded packaging, minimum is 200–500 units. If you are testing a new channel with a small first order, contact us — we can sometimes accommodate smaller quantities for proven buyers.
